Booking rooms
Free cancellation no later than 7 days before arrival (the time is indicated in the confirmation email). Free cancellation within 48 hours after booking, if it is made less than 14 days, but more than 24 hours before arrival. If the guest cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before the arrival time, the payment for the first night will not be refunded.
Apartment rules:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments. If at the time of acceptance of the apartment our employee detects the smell of smoke, a fine of 10,000 rubles is charged.
2. It is strictly forbidden to walk around the apartment in shoes.
3. In the period from 22-00 to 09-00, silence must be observed in the room
4. In case of loss or damage to the property of the apartment, the guest reimburses the cost of the damage caused by him, according to the price list.
5. The penalty for loss, breakage of keys is 1000 rubles. If the guests of the apartment broke the key in the lock or lost the key during the night period from 22:00 to 9:00 in the morning, the master's call will be 5000 rubles.
6. All consumables (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, napkins, etc.) are replenished upon arrival at the apartment on a one-time basis for a minimum stay.
7. Upon prior request, we provide cleaning of the apartment. The cost of the service is 1500 rubles per cleaning.
8.The Tenant undertakes to notify the Landlord of the exact time of the Apartment's release no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day preceding the departure.
